Role Overview

The AI Automation Developer designs and implements secure, observable AI-powered automation pipelines that reduce manual effort across operational, security, and content workflows. The role prioritizes reliability, guardrails, monitoring, and maintainability over fragile automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build automation workflows using LLMs, APIs, scripting, and orchestration tools.
  • Design prompts with safety controls, evaluation criteria, and fallback logic.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and error handling.
  • Version automation code and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Measure automation impact (time saved, error reduction, reliability).
  • Reliable automations with logging, guardrails, and error handling.
  • Reduced manual workload and faster cycle times for target processes.
  • Clear documentation and maintainable pipelines
  • Orchestrate LLMs/agents, RPA/RDA, API integrations, webhooks.
  • Prompt engineering, evaluation, and safety controls.

  • Core Technical Skills
  • Python/Node, REST APIs, webhook orchestration,
  • LLM/agent frameworks, prompt engineering,
  • Security guardrails, logging/observability, Bitrix/Excel integration, documentation.

Experience Level

  • College students and freshers can start as Intern/Trainee; upon graduation and strong performance, convert to Fulltime. Experience equivalence: complete 2 years postconversion, and your prior trainee+internship is recognized as full 4 years company experience. Leaving earlier voids the equivalence.
